DAY 3 - Accompanying persons program

Today we will bring a visit to Delft. Delft has a beautiful historic city center with many beautiful buildings and squares. We are going to have a walk through the old town and discover the rich history of this beautiful city.

The Old Church is one of the most recognizable buildings in Delft and is known for its striking leaning tower. The New Church is a church building on the Markt in the center of the city. At 108.75 meters, the tower is the second tallest in the Netherlands. The church is also known for the Tomb of William the Silent. Under the mausoleum is the burial vault of Oranje-Nassau, the burial vault of the Royal House.

Royal Delft is the last remaining factory that produces Delft Blue pottery in Delft. We will be joining one of their workshops where you can paint your own Delft Blue tile with the help of a professional painter. You will learn about the history and techniques of Delft Blue painting and create your own unique piece to take home.
