Stakeholder Engagement: Lessons Learned

This session will address the perennial challenge of maintaining good relations with stakeholders and advancing the interests of pilots and pilotage and will include presentations, open discussions and Q&A** on matters including:

  • The sharing of knowledge, experience and expertise through country case studies, including lessons learned from the work of national pilots’ organizations
  • The role of collective action and what it can achieve in the interests of pilots and pilotage as a public service
  • The importance of ensuring that stakeholders understand why pilotage as a service matters to them, and their stakeholders
