Effective Strategy for Influence and General Assembly*
This session will address the perennial challenge of maintaining good relations with stakeholders and advancing the interests of pilots and pilotage and will include presentations, open discussions and Q&A** on matters including:
- The sharing of knowledge, experience and expertise through country case studies, including lessons learned from the work of national pilots’ organizations
- The role of collective action and what it can achieve in the interests of pilots and pilotage as a public service
- The importance of ensuring that stakeholders understand why pilotage as a service matters to them, and their stakeholders

for the XXVI General Assembly*
The day will conclude with a closed session for the remaining items of the XXVI General Assembly, including country reports and the passing of the flag to Indonesia as the host of the XXVII Congress in 2026.
